International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) 2024

On Saturday 21 September 2024, PTTAC together with Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and 27  Companies in Map Ta Phut and Banchang areas, Rayong, conducted "International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) 2024" to promote cooperation between the business sector and the people to reduce coastal waste problem and revitalize coastal ecosystems at Laem Charoen beach, Suchada beach, Nam Rin beach, Payoon beach, Phala beach, and Mae Rampueng beach. On that day, the activity collected more than 6 tons of waste along the coast.

Emergency Response Drill with Wat Map Cha Lude School 2024

On 6 September 2024, PTTAC incorporated with Wat Map Cha Lude School conducted emergency response drill 2024 at Wat Mapchalude School. Director of Wat Map Cha Lude School, Teachers and Students, together with PTTAC by Mr.Chusak Sinlapasart, Division Manager, Corporate Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Unit, and volunteering employees attend the activity. On that day, the activities included the practices of crisis communication, emergency plan and test for sealing method for assembly rooms. After the drill, all key persons attended wrap-up meeting for conclusion and further plan development. The aim of this drill is to understand the emergency plan and ready for effective emergency response.

Tree Planting Activity under Reforestation Project increases carbon credit by WHA

PTTAC participated in “Tree Planting Activity”, under Reforestation Project increases carbon credit, held by WHA Eastern Industrial Estate Company Limited (WHA) at WHA area, beside Kuraray GC, on 30 August 2024. This project aims to create awareness and encourage people to know the importance of conservation and restoration of natural resources. On that day, Mr.Supat Sawat-Chuto, Director of IEAT-WHA, presided over the opening ceremony and participated in the activities as well.

Award Ceremony of “White Flag - Green Star” 2023

On 19 August 2024, PTTAC by Mr. Tomohiro Yamamoto, Plant Director, has been awarded White Flag-Green Star 2023: The Project of Enhancement of Public Participation in Safety and Environment Management by Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) which PTTAC has been awarded for 12 consecutive years White Flag-Gold Star award (excellent level) for 2 consecutive years. In this occasion, Mr.Veeris Ammarapala, Governor of IEAT presided over the ceremony.

Worship and Merit Making for the 18th Anniversary of PTTAC

On 6 and 8 August 2024, PTTAC organized the Worship and Merit Making for the 18th Anniversary of PTTAC at both Rayong and Bangkok Office. On these days, PTTAC Management and Employees have worshiped Buddha Image, Brahman Shrine, Household God Shrine and Spirit House, and there was Merit Making at RYA2 and RYA2 meeting rooms, in order to bring good luck to the Company and all employees.

Blood Donation Activity (No.2/2024)

PTTAC joined “Blood Donation Activity No.2/2024” by WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) (IEAT-WHA), EIE Safety and Environmental Club (ESEC) and Thai Cross Society at IEAT-WHA office on 18 July 2024. On that day, the activity was contained 98 persons included PTTAC’s volunteer, other companies, and communities, which total blood collection is 45,500 cc.

Volunteer Activity of World Environment Day

On the occasion of World Environment Day 2024, PTTAC incorporated with Banchang Sub-district Municipality, WHA-CSR Club, and GC Group held volunteer activities, beach waste collection and sidewalks painting at Payoon and Nong Fab beach on 5 June 2024. On that day, 36 volunteers of PTTAC participated in the activities as well.

Dispose of water hyacinth and weeds Project

On 14 May 2024, PTTAC participated in “Dispose of water hyacinth and weeds Project” at Ban Prachummit Dam, that is held by Banchang sub-district municipality, which the propose is solve the water quality problem of community’s agricultural area due to water hyacinth and weed. On this occasion, Mr. Suchin Pulhirun, Mayor of Banchang Sub-district Municipality, presided over the event and 14 volunteers of PTTAC joined this activity as well.

PTTAC Songkran Festival 2024

On 11 April 2024, PTTAC Management and Employees attended Worship and Merit Making on the occasion of Songkran Festival at Rayong Office. On the same day, Employees participated in offering blessings from Top Management for prosperity.

Blood Donation Activity (No.1/2024)

PTTAC joined “Blood Donation Activity No.1/2024” by WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) (IEAT-WHA), EIE Safety and Environmental Club (ESEC) and Thai Cross Society at IEAT-WHA office on 19 March 2024. On that day, the activity was contained 132 persons included PTTAC’s volunteer, other companies, and communities, which total blood collection is 58,400 cc.

Worship Activities in occasion of New Year Season

On the occasion of New Year season, PTTAC has organized the "Worship Activity" in order to bring good luck to the Company and all Employees. On 13 and 28 February 2024, PTTAC Management and Employees have worshiped Buddha Image, Brahman Shrine, Household God Shrine and Spirit House at Rayong Office and Bangkok Office, respectively. Also Top Management have wishing Employees to get good things throughout the year.

National Children's Day 2024 by PTT Group Rayong

On Saturday 13 January 2024, PTTAC in corporation with PTT Group and GC Group have conducted  "National Children's Day 2024" at the HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Herb Garden, Rayong for children who resided at Map Ta Phut, Map Kha and Banchang area. On that day, CSR Team of Corporate Affairs Unit, on behalf of PTTAC, attended the event. There are over 10,000 attendees joined this event.

Merit Making for Education Support at Khao Sap Temple, Rayong

PTTAC coordinated with GC Group to merit making and financial support to Khao Sap Temple, Rayong on 8 December 2023. The objective to support education management of Mongkol Wittaya School and support education to Monks and Novices as well as helping poor children. On that day, PTTAC by Mrs.Siriluck Phonorthong, Vice President of Corporate Line, joined the activity.

Financial support for Communities Activities on occasion of Father’s Day

On 3 – 6 December 2023, PTTAC together with PTT Group and GC Group supported budget to Communities in Map Ta Phut Municipality, Ban Chang Sub-district Municipality, and Map Kha Pattana Sub-district Municipality for providing community activity on occasion of Father’s Day.

During 25 – 27 November 2023, PTTAC together with PTT Group and GC Group, supported financial to Communities within Maptaphut Municipality, Ban Chang Municipality and Ban Chang Sub-District Municipality area to support local traditions to be sustainable.

Award Ceremony of 13th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project

PTTAC conducted “Award Ceremony of 13th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project” on 21 November 2023 at GC Estate Company Limited. In this occasion, Mr. Takuma Miura, President, has presided over the ceremony as well as School Directors, Teachers, PTTAC Management and Volunteering Employees have joined the activity. PTTAC has delivered the award from Reading Lovers Stamp Collection Project and Scrapbook activity to 83 Students from 17 schools. Also, there are 2,301 Students that joined the project. This project has been continued for 13 years to aims encourage students in Maptaphut Municipality, Ban Chang Municipality and Ban Chang Sub-District Municipality to focus on reading, improve the quality of education, and creative in writing which is in line with present educational trends. Which has always received good attention and cooperation from local schools.

Kathin Ceremony 2023

During 3 – 23 November 2023, PTTAC together with PTT Group, GC Group and IEAT, supported money to 15 temples within Maptaphut Municipality, Ban Chang Municipality and Ban Chang Sub-District Municipality area due to kathin ceremony period. As well as incorporated with Communities to cleaned up the temples before ceremony day.

Opening Ceremony of Coral Restoration by 3D Cement Printing Project at Saket Island, Rayong.

On 14 September 2023, PTTAC participated in Opening Ceremony of Coral Restoration, hosted by IEAT. On that day, PTTAC by Mrs.Siriluck Phonorthong, Vice President of Corporate Line, received a certificate of honor as a co-sponsor of this project from IEAT by Mr.Kanapot Khunthong, Deputy Governor of IEAT. This project will  restore the coral by 3D cement printing at Saket Island, Rayong province.

Award CSR-DIW Continuous Award Ceremony 2023

On 13 September 2023, PTTAC by Mrs.Siriluck Phonorthong, Vice President of Corporate Line, received "CSR-DIW Continuous Award 2023" from Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Ministry of Industrial.  In this regard, thank you to CSR-DIW Committee of PTTAC that has supported information documents and worked hard for requirements from DIW until PTTAC got the award continuously for 7 years.

On 9 August 2023, PTTAC by Takuma Miura, President, has been awarded White Flag-Green Star 2022: The Project of Enhancement of Public Participation in Safety and Environment Management by Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) which PTTAC has been awarded for 11 consecutive years. And this year, PTTAC got White Flag-Gold Star award (excellent level) also. In this occasion, Mr.Veeris Ammarapala, Governor of IEAT presided over the ceremony.

Tree Plating Project for Making Temporary Check Dam

PTTAC participated in “Tree Planting Project for Making Temporary Check Dam” held by Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate (IEAT-MTP) at Community Forest of Ban Noen Samre on 8 August 2023. This project aims to increase green areas within the community, restoration of natural upstream and making temporary check dam. On that day, 400 participants together planted 3,354 trees within area 8 rai. Also, Mr.Supat Sawat-Chuto, Director of IEAT-WHA, presided over the opening ceremony and participated in the activities as well.

On 19 July and 3 August 2023 respectively, PTTAC conducted “Worship activity for the 17th Anniversary of PTTAC” both Rayong and Bangkok Office. Green Industry Award 2023

On 27 July 2023, PTTAC by Mrs.Siriluck Phonorthong, Vice President of Corporate Line, attended ceremony of green industry award 2023 that held by Department of Industrial Works (DIW). PTTAC has been awarded “Green Industry Level 4 (Green Culture)” from DIW by Ms.Natthiya Nettayasupa, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Industry. This award for the companies that have created an environmental culture within their company and reporting environmental performance to the public.

Financial support for Communities Activities on occasion of King Rama X’s Birthday

On 26 – 28 July 2023, PTTAC together with PTT Group and GC Group supported budget to Communities in Map Ta Phut Municipality, Ban Chang Sub-district Municipality, and Map Kha Pattana Sub-district Municipality for providing community activity on occasion of King Rama X’s Birthday.

Crime and Drug Prevention Project

On 26 July 2023, PTTAC supported budget and equipment for “Crime and Drug Prevention Project” that held by Village Chief and Headmen of Ban Chang Sub-district Municipality. This project aims to prevent crime and drug by providing drug checkpoints within Ban Chang sub-district municipality area for 6 months comply with “Ban Chang Model”. On the same day, Mr.Kitipong Urawat, Ban Chang Sheriff, Mr.Suchin Pulhirun, Mayor of Ban Chang sub-district municipality, Mr.Uthai Saoman, Village Chief and Community representative persons were be the recipients the support from PTTAC.

On that day, participants together planted 200 tree, including Mahogany, Neem tree, Indian Laburnum, Cerbera odollam. Also, Mr.Supat Sawat-Chuto, Director of IEAT-WHA, presided over the opening ceremony and participated in the activities as well.

You Drink, We (Re)turn #2

PTTAC conducted “You Drink, We (Re)turn #2 Project” to encourage employees to plastic bottle waste sorting and donate to Recycled Waste Management Center of Wat Chak Luk Ya Community to support community’s career. For this year, volunteers donated plastic bottles, total 14,603 bottles, withing 3 months. In this regards, CA team, on behalf of PTTAC, distributed those plastic bottles to Ms.Napaphat Aujaroen, Chak Luk Ya Community Leader on 29 June 2023. In this occasion, we would like to thank you volunteer for supporting.

Daily Necessity Support to Bedridden Patients and the Elderly Persons with IEAT-WHA

On 28 June 2023, PTTAC together with WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) and the Companies in WHA area have supported daily necessity items to bedridden patients and elderly persons in Map Ta Phut and Banchang areas On the occasion of the 96th birthday anniversary of His Holiness the Supreme Patriarch Sakon Maha Patangkha Parinayok.

Kick-off 13th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project Activity

On 28 June 2023, PTTAC conducted Kick-off Workshop for discussion on work plan for 13th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project at PTTAC, Rayong office with 17 Schools around our plant, located in Municipality of Map Ta Phut, Ban Chang and Ban Chang Sub-District Municipality areas On this occasion, Reading Lovers Project Team, on behalf of PTTAC, welcomed teachers and participated in the meeting.

Open House 2023

PTTAC conducted “Open House 2023” on 23 June 2023 at Rayong Office. This year is the 9th of PTTAC’s Open House Project. On that day, we shared our safety and environment measures, logistics including preventive impact plan, CSR projects, as well as visit our Plant by van to build understanding and confidence in the operation of PTTAC. On this occasion, Takuma Miura, President, has presided over the event and gave a warm welcome speech to all participants. Also, Management Team and Employees join the event and together welcome to Ban Chang Sheriff, Representative from 3 Municipalities, neighboring 32 Community Leaders, Sub-district Headman and Village Headmen, total participants are 40 persons.

Healthy Talk Show : Balance of Life by MPR Club

On 21 June 2023, PTTAC together with The Membership of Public Relations Club (MPR Club) conducted healthy talk show “Balance of Life” at Golden City Rayong Hotel. Target group of this activity are Communities in Map Ta Phut and Ban Chang areas, total participants are 340 persons. The objective to knowledge sharing ways of living to suit the changing situation in the present day, by Dr.Ophas Kijkamhang, a famous Thai talker.

Protection the environment around the beach Project

On 2 June 2023, PTTAC has participated in “Protection the environment around the beach Project” at Payoon beach that is held by Banchang Sub-District Municipality on the occasion of World Environment Day. Mr. Suchin Pulhirun, Mayor of Bangchang Sub-District Municipality, presided over the event. The purpose of this activity to knowledge sharing and create awareness of environmental conservation. On the same day, PTTAC volunteers, total 14 persons, participated in activities, including of beach collection, trees planting, paint sidewalks in the event.

The Aquatic Animal Releasing Project 2023

On 2 June 2023, PTTAC volunteers and internship students, total 28 persons, have participated “The Aquatic Animal Releasing Project 2023” at Phala beach in occasion of H.M. Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana's Birthday in order to increase marine and coastal resources, establish the ecological balance, and help increasing income for community, which 5,000 sea basses, 5,000 shellfishes, 500,000 shrimps and 1,000,000 crabs were released. Mr.Triphob Wongtrirat, Governor of Rayong Province, presided over the event.

Firebreaks Making Project

On 30 May 2023, PTTAC coordinated with Banchang sub-district municipality held “Firebreaks Making Activity” at Ban Phudorn Huaymahad Community Forest, which the purpose to share knowledge about forest fires, prevent and solve forest fires that may occur in community forest area. On this occasion, Mr.Suchin Pulhirun, Mayor of Banchang sub-district municipality, presided over the event. Also, PTTAC’s volunteers 10 persons joined the event. 

Fire Prevention Training in Community Project

On 26 May 2023, PTTAC participated in “Fire Prevention Training in Community Project” that is held by Map Ta Phut municipality, which the propose to share knowledge about fire including with systematic of fire prevention and suppression. On behalf of PTTAC, Mr. Thanit Thammaphalo, Senior Security Management Officer, and Mr. Preamchai Kungcharoen, Environmental Management Officer, joined the activity and they were requested to be lecturers also.

On this occasion, Mr. Kitipong Urawat, Banchang District Chief, presided over the event. Also, on behalf of PTTAC,   Mr. Surapol Sukhsong, Division Manager of Corporate Affairs unit, together with PTTAC's volunteers joined the event.

Municipality Day 2023

On 24 April 2023, PTTAC together with communities and other companies joined “Municipality Day 2023" at Payoon beach, hosted by Banchang Sub-district Municipality. The attendees participated in landscape improvement activities, road sweeping, garbage collection at Payoon beach. On this occasion, Mr. Suchin Poonhiran, Mayor of Ban Chang Subdistrict, presided over the opening ceremony and participated in the activities as well.

Community’s Songkran Festival 2023

During 3 – 30 April 2023, PTTAC together with PTT Group and GC Group supported financial to communities in Map Ta Phut and Ban Chang areas for “Songkran Festival 2023” to carry the Thais’ arts, culture, and tradition onward. Also gave souvenirs to the elder persons in 76 communities and gave scholarship to community’s children as well.

On the same day, Employees participated in offering blessings from Top Management for prosperity and playing with water to build relationships and create a good workplace atmosphere.

Merit Making on the occasion of Thai Journalist Day

On 3 March 2023, Rayong News Family Association together with the Companies in industrial estate held merit making on the occasion of Thai Journalist Day at Banchang Temple, Rayong. On the same day, PTTAC have supported the dessert for this activity as well.

PRESIDENT OF ASAHI KASEI CORPORATION (AKC) VISITS PTT PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (PTT) AND PTTAC BANGKOK OFFICE

On 1 March 2023, Mr. Koshiro Kudo, President & Representative of Asahi Kasei Corporation (AKC) and AKC Management paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Auttapol Rerkpiboon, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) and PTT Management.  On the same day, they visited PTTAC Bangkok Office to meet our Management, and had a meaningful interaction session with employees.

Royal School Award Ceremony of Ban Map Ta Phut School

Ban Map Ta Phut School has been awarded “Royal School Award 2023”, which is the award for the school who has provided education with standards and quality as determined by the Ministry of Education On 27 February 2023, Ban Map Ta Phut School together with IEAT, Communities and the Companies in industrial estate, total 250 persons, held the award ceremony and parade to bring the royal award from community route to school for celebration. On this occasion, CSR team, on behalf of PTTAC, has participated this activity and was assigned to carrying Thai flag in the parade and Corporal ChaiyanKerdmoh, Rayong Provincial Education Officer, presided over the ceremony.

Happy Chinese New year 2023

On the occasion of Chinese New Year, PTTAC has organized the "Worship Activity" in order to bring good luck to the Company and all Employees. On 20 January 2023, PTTAC Management and Employees have worshiped Buddha Image, Brahman Shrine, Household God Shrine and Spirit House at Rayong Office and also Top Management have given Lucky Orange to Employees of all unit and wishing everyone good things throughout the year.

On Saturday 14 January 2023, PTTAC in corporation with PTT Group and GC Group have conducted  "National Children's Day 2023" at the HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Herb Garden, Rayong for children who resided at Map Ta Phut, Map Kha and Banchang area. Big Cleaning Day 2022”

On 29 November 2022, PTTAC has conducted “Big Cleaning Day 2022” for clean up in plant area.       On this occasion, Mr.Takuma Miura, President, has presided over the activity and gave opening speech to PTTAC Employees and Contractors who join the activity that focus on safety & health and invited all participants to clean up together with check their surrounding condition for prepare a safe workplace to continue our safe operation before welcoming the new year as well as new year greeting to all participants, wish them all the best for the coming New year.

Also, there are 2,532 Students that joined the project. This project has been continued for 12 years to aims encourage students in Maptaphut Municipality, Ban Chang Municipality and Ban Chang Sub-District Municipality to focus on reading, improve the quality of education, and creative in writing which is in line with present educational trends. Which has always received good attention and cooperation from local schools.

Kathin Ceremony 2022 at Chaklukya Templ

On 6-7 November 2022, PTTAC has conducted Kathin Ceremony 2022 at Chaklukya Temple, Map Ta Phut municipality, Rayong, and Mr.Takuma Miura, President, has presided over the ceremony. On that day, Government representatives, PTTAC Managements and Employees as well as Community leaders and members joined the event and financial support to the temple total of 930,065.25 baht. In this occasion, CA would like to express our gratitude to all volunteers that together prepared the area and joined the ceremony.

ECO Factory Award Ceremony 2022

On 30 September 2022, PTTAC by Mr.Takuma Miura. President, has received ECO Factory Award 2022 from The Federation of Thai Industries by Mr.Dhreerayut Vanitshang, Vice Ministry for Industry,  at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre(BITEC), Bangna, Bangkok. This award was prepared to be given to the Organizations has running their business together with caring for the environment and surrounding stakeholders as well as sustainable develop as per ECO Industrial Town policy.

Open House Project 2022

PTTAC has conducted “Open House Project 2022” on 22 September 2022 at Thonglang Room, GC Estate Company Limited. The Open House Project could not conduct for 2 consecutive years because of COVID-19 situation and this year is the 8th of PTTAC’s Open House Project. On that day, we have shared our safety and environment measures, logistics including preventive impact plan, CSR projects, as well as visit our Plant by van to build understanding and confidence in the operation of PTTAC. On this occasion, Mr. Takuma Miura, President has presided over the event and gave a welcome speech to all participant. Also, Management Team and Employees join the event and together welcome to neighboring 32 Community Leaders, Subdistrict Headman, Village Headmen and Representative from 3 Municipalities, total participants are 85 persons.

International Coastal Cleanup 2022 (ICC)"

On Saturday 17 September 2022, PTTAC together with Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and the Companies in Map Ta Phut and Banchang areas, Rayong, has held "International Coastal Cleanup 2022 (ICC)" to promote cooperation between the business sector and the people to reduce marine waste problem and revitalize coastal ecosystems.   On that day, the activity was able to collect 42,829 tons of waste along the coast.

Worship and Merit Making for the 16th Anniversary of PTTAC

On 31 August 2022, PTTAC has organized the “Worship and Merit Making for the 16th Anniversary of PTTAC” both Rayong and Bangkok Office. On that day, PTTAC Management and Employees  have worshiped Buddha Image, Brahman Shrine, Household God Shrine and Spirit House, and there was Merit Making at RYA2 and RYA2 meeting rooms, in order to bring good luck to the Company and all employees.

Award Ceremony of “White Flag - Green Star” 2021

On Monday 25 July 2022, Mr.Surasak Puangpech, Section Manager of Security, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Unit (SS), on behalf on PTTAC has been awarded White Flag-Green Star 2021: The Project of Enhancement of Public Participation in Safety and Environment Management by Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) which PTTAC has been awarded for 10 consecutive years. In this occasion, Mr.Pornthep Phuripat, Deputy Governor of IEAT presided over the ceremony.

Support Survival Bags to COVID-19 Patients (Home Isolation)

On 30 March 2022, PTTAC coordinated with WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) (WHA EIE) supported 15 survival bags to be given to COVID-19 patients via Home Isolation in Map Cha Lude Community area. On this occasion, Ms.Pensiri Wongtanhuad, representative of WHA EIE has passed the bags to Ms.Jirapha Mahathep, Map Cha Lude Community Leader.

Donation Activity to Novices at Khao Sap Temple, Rayong

PTTAC coordinated with Rayong Hospital to support education to Novices at Khao Sap Temple, Rayong, which donated stationeries, dried foods and necessary stuffs. PTTAC have passed the donation stuffs to Medical Personnel Team of Rayong Hospital on 29 March 2022. In this occasion, CSR Working Team would like to express our gratitude to 99 donors that support this activity.

Landscape and Playground Renovation Project (Map Chalude-Chakklang Community)

On 17 March 2022, PTTAC coordinated with GC Group, WHA Safety and Environmental Club (ESEC), the Companies in WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut), and Community of Map Chalude and Map Chalude-Chakklang participated “Landscape and Playground Renovation Project” to repaired the damaged equipment, painted playground and renovated landscape at Playground of Chakklang Housing Village in Map Chalude-Chakklang Community area.

On 16 March 2022, at Health Service Center of Map Ta Phut Municipality (M Building), PTTAC coordinated with GC Group and the Companies in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut), and Asia Industrial Estate supported dried foods for survival bags to be given to Self-quarantine people and COVID-19 patients in 38 Communities of Map Ta Phut Municipality area. On this occasion, Mr.Chakart Patanasri, Director of Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate and Mr.Thawin Photibuathong, Mayor of Map Ta Phut Municipality, presided over the event and has received the donation stuffs.

Fire Barrier Making Workshop for Forest Fire Prevention

On 18 February 2022, PTTAC coordinated with Banchang Sub-district Municipality, Forest Resource Management Office No.9 (Chon Buri), Rayong Forest Center, Community Forestry Center No.6 (Rayong), Khao Chamao - Khao Wong Forest Fire Control Station, SSC Company Limited, Rayong Forest Network and people in community held “Fire Barrier Making Workshop for Forest Fire Prevention” at Ban Phudorn Huaymahad Community Forest which the purpose is sharing knowledge about forest fire, prevent and solve the forest fire properly to the Civilian Fire Protection Volunteers and people in community. On this occasion, Mr.Suchin Pulhirun, Mayor of Banchang Sub-district Municipality, presided over the event.

Merit Making of Khao Lam (sticky rice in bamboo) 2022

During 4 – 19 February 2022, PTTAC coordinated with PTT Group and GC Group supported the financial to Communities in Map Ta Phut Municipality area for “Merit Making of Khao Lam (sticky rice in bamboo) 2022”. This event is a traditional activity that inherit the local culture and also present local wisdom and support the occupation of burning the Khao Lam (sticky rice in bamboo) for people in the community area as well.

On 24 December 2021, PTTAC held “Big Cleaning Day 2021” for clean up in plant area. PTTAC Fight COVID-19 (Round 3)

On 27 October 2021, PTT Asahi Chemical Company Limited (PTTAC) by Mr.Surapol Sukhsong, Division Manger of Corporate Affairs Unit (CA) and employee representatives delivered 100 survival bags and 150 personal protective equipment (PPE) to HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Memorial Hospital Siam Grand Palace, Rayong by hospital staffs and nurse team. This activity is a part of “PTTAC Fight COVID-19 Project”, the budget is donated by employees for 14,641 baht combined with PTTAC’s budget. The project has been implemented for 3 month with the total budget for 200,641 baht, which is donated by employees combined with PTTAC’s budget. CSR-DIW Continuous Award Ceremony 2021

On 27 October 2021, PTTAC by Mr.Takuma Miura, President, received CSR-DIW Continuous Award 2021 from Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Ministry of Industrial by Mr.Panuwat Treeyangkullasri, Permanent Secretary, and Mr.Verakit Rantakittanawat, Deputy Director of DIW. For this year, DIW has conducted the ceremony in New Normal style via online system to prevent the spread of COVID-19 disease.  In this regard, thank you to CSR-DIW Committee of PTTAC that support information documents and work hard for requirements form DIW until PTTAC got the award continuously for 5 years.

PTTAC donated financial to Thammasat University Hospital to share our generosity to COVID-19 patients

On 1 October 2021, PTTAC donated financial for 100,000 baht to Thammasat University Hospital to share our generosity to COVID-19 patients. On 16 September 2021, PTT Asahi Chemical Company Limited (PTTAC) by CSR Team delivered an Oxygen Concentrator, size 10 liters, for 32,000 baht to HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Memorial Hospital Siam Grand Palace, Rayong by Dr.Surathin Maleehual, Director of Hospital, to treatment support for COVID-19 patients at field hospital and community isolation.

Turnaround Opening Ceremony 2021

As per PTT Asahi Chemical Company Limited (PTTAC) planned Turnaround Activity 2021 during 29 June – 3 August 2021, total 35 days, as has been communicated. On this occasion, Mr.Takuma Miura, the President of PTTAC, had speech for official opening of the Turnaround activity in the morning of 7 July 2021, which is emphasizing all employees and contractors to aware safety at work and preventive measures of COVID-19 as well as asking for cooperation to comply with the measures as per PTTAC’s requirement strictly to achieve our Turnaround goal as planned. On the same day, Mr.Takuma gave weekly awards to contractors who consistently comply with the measures and good role model for other companies and also exercised before work together with PTTAC management team, employees and contractors.

Kick off – 11th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project

On 24 June 2021, PTTAC held kick-off meeting for discussion on work plan for 11th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project with teachers from 17 schools in Map Ta Phut and Banchang areas via online system according to preventive and control measures outbreak of COVID-19. This project has been continuing for 11 years, which the objective is to develop and enhance the education of children in the communities with good cooperation from schools also.

Financial Support to Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) for COVID-19 Vaccination Service Project

On 21 June 2021, PTTAC supported the budget 7,000 baht to Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) for COVID-19 Vaccination Service Project. The IEAT held the vaccination service center at the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate office to services to entrepreneurs in industrial estates and industrial ports in the Map Ta Phut area since 9 June 2021. On behalf of PTTAC, Mrs.Siriluck Phonorthong, Vice President of Corporate Line, and Mr.Surapol Sukhsong, Division Manger of Corporate Affairs Unit (CA) delivered the budget and discussed about the guidelines for allocating the COVID-19 vaccine to PTTAC with IEAT by Mr.Thawatsak Kerdmanee, Assistant Director of Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate Office.

Volunteer Project: “We do good by heart”

On 15 June 2021, PTTAC coordinated with CSR Network joined and supported the volunteer project, “We do good by heart” at Phudorn-Huaymahad Community, Banchang, Rayong, which is held by Banchang Sub-district Municipality. The objective are improve landscape and solve the water quality problem due to water hyacinth and weeds. PTTAC Support Rambutans to Thammasat University Hospital to encourage the service of vaccination for COVID-19

On 14 June 2021, PTTAC coordinated with Pracharath Rak Samakkee Rayong  (Social Enterprise) Company Limited bought rambutans from Rayong farmers for gave to Thammasat University Hospital to encourage the service of vaccination for COVID-19. On behalf of PTTAC, Mr.Takuma Miura, President, and Mrs.Suthida Jitkaroonrat, Division Manger of Office of President (OF) delivered 700 kilograms of rambutans to the hospital by Mr. Suraphol Nitikraipot, Executive Chairman, and Mr. Pharuhat Tor-udom, Director of Thammasat University Hospital.

On 11 June 2021, PTTAC coordinated with Banchang Sub-district Municipality held “Fire Barrier Making Workshop for Forest Fire Prevention” at Ban Phudorn Huaymahad Community Forest which the purpose is sharing knowledge about forest fire, prevent and solve the forest fire properly to the Civilian Fire Protection Volunteers and people in community. On this occasion, Mr.Suchin Pulhirun, Mayor of Banchang Sub-district Municipality, presided over the event.

Coastal Clean-up Activity

On 8 April 2021, the Governor of Rayong Province cooperated with people and entrepreneurs in Rayong province to held coastal clean-up activity at Laem Charoen beach, Saeng Chan beach and Suchada beach, total distance is 11 kilometers, for support and preparation of tourism during songkran festival. In this occasion, 35 volunteers of PTTAC also joined the activity.

Blood Donation Activity (No.1/2021)

PTTAC volunteers joined “Blood Donation” by WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) on Thursday 18th March 2021. On that day, the blood donation activity had been participated by 154 volunteering employees of PTTAC, Companies in WHA EIE and communities. Total blood collection is 67,600 cc.

MPR Thanks Press Activity

On 5 March 2021, PTTAC coordinated with Map Ta Phut Public Relations Club (MPR) held “Thanks Press Activity” at Huai Pong open prison, Rayong, to strengthen good relationship between Rayong Press and MPR as well as knowledge sharing about public relations in the present. In this occasion, Mrs.Sukritta Pechnongchum, Director of Huai Pong open prison, gave welcome speech and introduced the activities that services in the Huai Pong open prison such as horse-assisted therapy, restaurant, coffee shop, car care, feed the animals, and organic vegetables. Also invited people via Rayong press and MPR to visit the open prison for encourage and support the careers for the inmates who have a good record and are close to punishment.

Manager Community Visit No.2/2020

During December 2020, PTTAC held “Manager Community Visit no.2/2020” which Management Team together with Community Coordinator Team, representative from all unit, visited to 36 communities within 5 kilometers radius of PTTAC, in Map Ta Phut and Ban Chang area, to new year greeting and get suggestions to development of the Company’s operations as well as shared knowledge about how to protect yourself from COVID-19 as Ministry of Public Health measures.

On 5 December 2020, PTTAC coordinated with GC group support financial to Communities in Municipality of Map Ta Phut and Ban Chang in occasion of Father’s Day 2020, as well as cleaned up in communities’ area for prepare area for  the activity.

Award Ceremony of 10th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project

During 2-8 December 2020, PTTAC held “Award Ceremony of 10th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project” to students from 17 schools. For this year, project working team went to distribute the prizes to students for each school in accordance with COVID-19 preventive. Safety Training and Review Emergency Response Plan with Communities & School

On 30 November 2020, PTTAC coordinated with Community of Map Chalude and Map Chalude-Chakklang and Wat Map Chalude School held “Safety Training and Review Emergency Response Plan” for review roles and responsibilities of communities and school during emergency time. The Aquatic Animal Releasing Project 2020

On 19 October 2020, PTTAC volunteers participated “The Aquatic Animal Releasing Project 2020” at Payoon beach for increase marine and coastal resources, establish the ecological balance, and help increasing income for community, which 200,000 tiger prawns and 3,000,199 crabs were released.

PTTAC United Kathin Ceremony 2020 at Soi Khiri Temple

On 15-16 October 2020, Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President presided over the PTTAC United Kathin Ceremony 2020 at Soi Khiri Temple, Map Ta Phut municipality, Rayong. On 3 July 2020, PTTAC incorporated with CSR Network joined “Removal of Water Hyacinth and Weed Project” at Payoon community’s public canal that held by Banchang sub-district municipality, which the propose is solve the water quality problem of community’s agricultural area due to water hyacinth and weed. On this occasion, Mr.Jirasak Tapajoth, Banchang District Chief, presided over the event. Firebreaks Making Activity

On 30 June 2020, PTTAC coordinated with CSR Network, which is consists of 9 companies in WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) (WHA EIE), held CSR activity “Firebreaks Making Activity” at Ban Phudorn Huaymahad Community Forest which the purpose is to share knowledge about forest fires, prevent and solve forest fires that may occur in community forest area. On 24 June 2020, PTTAC held kick-off meeting for discussion on work plan for 10th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project with teachers from 17 schools in Map Ta Phut and Banchang area via online system, according to preventive measures and control the spread of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Green Day 2020

On World Environment Day, 5 June 2020, PTTAC joined tree planting activity that held by WHA Eastern Industrial Estate Co.,Ltd. together with WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) and ESEC group. On this occasion, Mr.Rongrit Kusonlakumbot, Director officer of Joint-Management Industrial Estate of Map Ta Phut Complex, presided over the ceremony and planted 300 trees with volunteers. On the same day, PTTAC also joined coastal clean up at Nam Rin Beach that held by Banchang Sub-district Municipality which garbage collection on the beach and painted footpath for 300 meters. On this occasion, Mr.Suchin Pulhirun, Mayor of Banchang Sub-district Municipality, presided over the ceremony. Also PTTAC Management Team, Mr.Surapol Sukhsong, Division Manager of Corporate Affairs Unit, and Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager of Engineer Unit, with CSR team and Government Relations team joined both activities.

Manager Community Visit No.1/2020

During 13 – 30 April 2020, PTTAC held “Manager Community Visit No.1/2020”. On behalf of PTTAC Management, Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager of Corporate Affairs unit, together with CSR team visited to Local Government agencies and 36 Communities within the 5 kilometers radius of PTTAC, in Map Ta Phut & Ban Chang area, to shared knowledge about how to protect yourself from COVID-19 virus as measures of the Ministry of Public Health. Also gave cloth masks and alcohol gels to local government agencies and communities for support the measures.

PTTAC Support Face Shields to Wangchan Hospital (Rayong) for prevent COVID-19 virus outbreak

On 30th April 2020, PTTAC in corporation GC Group supported medical equipment for prevent COVID-19 virus outbreak to Wangchan Hospital, Rayong. On behalf of GC Group, Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager of Corporate Affairs unit, delivered 200 face shields to the hospital by Mr.Pradit Pathaweesrisutha, Wangchan Hospital Director. The face shield is made from Bioplastic combined with 3D printing technology, which is high toughness and durability. That is designed and produced by GC’s Innovation Research and Development Team.

On 23rd April 2020, PTTAC in corporation with Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and Entrepreneurs of Map Ta Phut Complex supported medical equipment for prevent COVID-19 virus outbreak to Chanthaburi province for appreciated and build good relationship to Chanthaburi that they shared 10 million cubic meters of water to Rayong for support drought situation On behalf of PTTAC, Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager of Corporate Affairs unit, delivered 100 Face Shields and budget 2,000 baht to support this event to IEAT by Miss Somchint Pilouk, Governor of IEAT, Mr.Rongrit Kusonlakumbot, Director Office of Joint-Management Industrial Estate of Map Ta Phut Complex, and Mr.Chakart Patanasri, Director Office of Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate.

PTTAC Support Aerosol Box to Hospital for COVID-19

On 14th April 2020, on behalf of PTTAC, Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager of Corporate Affairs unit, delivered 10 Aerosol Boxes and 20 set of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to Map Ta Phut Hospital by Mr.Supachai Aiemkulworapong, Deputy Medical Director, for support medical personnel in treatment of COVID-19 patients. Aerosol box is an equipment for medical operative such as endotracheal intubation for patients infected with COVID-19 with respiratory failure, which is an aid in air separation between patients and medical personnel, also prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus from patients to doctors or nurses and increase more confidence while working. Aerosol box is made from Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) that is a product of PTTAC.

Cloth Masks for Donate to Impoverished Person in Rayong

PTTAC in corporation with GC Group made cloth masks for donate to impoverished person in Rayong province for prevent COVID-19 virus outbreak. There are 47 volunteers of PTTAC joined the activity, also made 250 cloth masks.

Blood Donation (No. 1/2020)

PTTAC volunteers joined “Blood Donation” by WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) on Thursday 19th March 2020. On that day, the blood donation activity had been participated by 77 volunteering employees of PTTAC, Companies in WHA EIE and communities. Total blood collection is 33,650 cc.

TBCSD Trip 2020

On 7th February 2020, PTTAC in corporation with member of TBCSD, total 35 persons, joined “TBCSD Trip” at The Sirindhorn International Environmental Park, Phetchaburi Province. On that day, the member planted mangroves together with released clams and crabs at the park. In this occasion, Wijarn Simachaya, Ph.D.,Director of Thailand Environment Institute (TEI) and secretary of TBCSD, presides over the event.

Field Trip of 9th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project

On Friday, 22nd November 2019, PTTAC organized Field Trip of 9th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project at Pattaya Dolphinarium and Frost Magical Ice of Siam, Chon Buri for students who win the competition from “Reading Stamp Collection Project and Art of Environment” instructional materials contest, total 138 persons including teachers from school in Maptaphut Municipality, Ban Chang Municipality and Sub-District Ban Chang Municipality. On this occasion, Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager, Corporate Affairs Unit, project working team and volunteer attend and support the activity.

Quality of Life Development Project for Elderly People

On 19th November 2019, PTTAC by Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager of Corporate Affairs Unit, joined and gave souvenirs for Quality of Life Development Project for Elderly People 2019 that held by Ban Chang Municipality. To encourage elderly people to do activities together regularly. On the same day, Mr.Pairoj Reangthurakit, Mayor of Ban Chang Municipality, presides over the ceremony.

Award Ceremony of 9th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project

PTTAC host “Award Ceremony of 9th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project” on 6th November 2019 at HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Herb Garden. In this occasion, Mr.Vattanaroj Charoenpitaks, Vice President, Corporate presides over the ceremony and also School Directors, Teachers, PTTAC Management and volunteering employees attend the activity. PTTAC deliver the award from Reading Lovers Stamp Collection Project and Art for Environment contest to 104 students from 17 schools. Also, more than 3,200 students joined the project.      PTTAC Reading Lovers Project has been conducting since 2011 and paying high attention from the communities around PTTAC plant. Target, PTTAC aims to encourage students in Maptaphut Municipality, Ban Chang Municipality and Ban Chang Sub-District Municipality to focus on reading, improve the quality of education, and creative in writing which is in line with present educational trends.

PTTAC United Kathin Ceremony 2019 at Huay Pong Temple

On 30 – 31 October 2019, Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President presided over the PTTAC United Kathin Ceremony 2019 at Huay Pong Temple, Map Ta Phut Municipality, Rayong. On that day, Government representatives, PTTAC Management and Employees as well as Community leader and member joined the  event, financial support to the temple total of 1,034,937.75 baht. In this occasion, CA would like to express our gratitude to all volunteers that together prepare the area and joint the ceremony.

Student Toilet Painting Activity

On 28 October 2019, PTTAC in corporation with GC Group held “Toilet for Kids” that GC Group supported financial to build the toilet for students of Wat Prachummit-Bamrung School, Rayong.   On that day, PTTAC volunteers joined painting activity of the toilets with GC Group. Also on 5 November 2019, Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager of Corporate Affairs Unit, together with GC Group managements attend ceremony for the delivery of the toilets to the School.

TBCSD Green Meetings Award Ceremony 2019

On 1 October 2019 at Centara Grand, Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok. PTTAC by Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President, received TBCSD Green Meetings Award 2019 from Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development (TBCSD) by Mr. Prasert Bunsumpun, Chairman of TBCSD and Ms.Nisakorn Kositrat, Executive Chairman of Thailand Environment Institute (TEI). Also many companies in Thailand got the award in this event. The objective of the award is aims to campaign for both government and company organizations to use resources worthily and reduce environmental impact and also growth and development between organizations and communities sustainability.

CSR-DIW Continuous Award Ceremony 2019

On Monday 23 September 2019 at Miracle Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok. PTTAC by Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager of Corporate Affairs (CA) unit, received CSR-DIW Continuous Award 2019 from Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Ministry of Industry by Mr.Kornpattawee Muangnoi, Deputy Director of DIW.  In this regard, thank you to CSR-DIW Committee of PTTAC that support information documents and work hard for requirement from DIW until PTTAC got the awards.

International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) 2019

On 21 September 2019, volunteers by PTTAC participate “International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) 2019” at Laem Charoen Beach, Rayong. For the activity result, total collection of waste is 9.40 tons, and 3,982 volunteers joint this activity also.

The Aquatic Animal Releasing Project 2019

On 8 August 2019, volunteers by PTTAC participate the Aquatic Animal Releasing Project 2019 at Takuan-Aoipradu Fishing Group in occasion of Ceremony of Greetings to The Queen Mother, increase marine and coastal resources, establish the ecological balance, and help increasing income for community. 1,500,000 sea prawns, 900,000 crab eggs and 50,000 snapperห were released.

Emergency Response Drill (Communication) 2019 with Communities

On 8 August 2019, PTTAC incorporated with Community of Mapchalude and Mapchalude-Chakklang host Emergency Response Drill (Communication) 2019 for practices of crisis communication and reviewing the roles of each community member. Also to understand the emergency plan and ready for effective emergency response. PTTAC by Mr.Chusak Sinlapasart, Division Manager, Corporate Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Unit, Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager, Corporate Affairs Unit and volunteering employees attend and observe the activity.

Tree Planting Activity with Community

On 30th July 2019, on behalf of PTTAC, Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager, Corporate Affairs Unit, with 27 PTTAC volunteers joined Tree Planting Activity in occasion of Ceremony of Greetings to His Majesty the King Rama 10, 67 years old, that held by WHA Eastern Industrial Estate Co.,Ltd. coordinated with WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) (WHA EIE), ESEC group and Mapchalude & Mapchalude-Chakklang Community. On that day, planting 200 trees at Mapchalude Shrine. On this occasion, Mr.Thawatsak Kerdmanee, on behalf of WHA EIE, presides over the ceremony.

Tree Planting Activity with GC Group

On 23rd July 2019, PTTAC coordinated with GC Group held Tree Planting Activity in occasion of Ceremony of Greetings to His Majesty the King Rama 10, 67 years old. Also Government agencies and Communities in 4 Municipalities of Map Ta Phut and Ban Chang area joined the event for 800 people and planting 1,400 trees.       On this occasion, Mr.Teerawat Sudsuk, Vice Governor of Rayong province, presides over the ceremony and Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager, Corporate Affairs Unit, with PTTAC volunteers joined the activity on that day.

Blood Donation Activity (No.2/2019)

PTTAC volunteers joined “Blood Donation” by WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) on Thursday 18th July 2019. On that day, the blood donation activity had been participated by 195 volunteering employees of PTTAC, Companies in WHA EIE and communities. Total blood collection is 86,450 cc.    

Emergency Response Drill with Wat Mapchalude School 2019

On Tuesday, 25th June 2019, PTTAC incorporated with Wat Mapchalude School host annual emergency simulation and drill year 2019 at Wat Mapchalude School. Director of Wat Mapchalude School, Teachers and Students, PTTAC by Mr.Chusak Sinlapasart, Division Manager of Corporate Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Unit, Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn Division Manager of Corporate Affairs Unit, volunteering employees and internship students attend the activity.         On that day, the activities are included the practices of crisis communication, emergency plan and test for sealing method for assembly rooms. After the drill, all key persons attend wrap-up meeting for conclusion and further plan development.         The aim of this drill is to understand the emergency plan and ready for effective emergency response.

PTTAC Big Cleaning Day 2019

On 7th June 2019, PTTAC held Big Cleaning Day 2019 for clean-up in plant area after turnaround activity. On this occasion, Mr.Hideyuki Shimizu, Plant Director, presided over the activity and gave opening speech to PTTAC employees and Contractors who join the activity that “5S is basis for safety operation. If generally we can keep clean status, we will be able to find out no abnormal status easily. I would like to expect to make good collaboration and relationship through this activity as one. Above all, I would like to thank everyone for your good effort and collaboration during this turnaround period.”   On that day, Mr.Premyos Fakseemuang, Turnaround Manager, thank you to all Contractors who join the activity and after clean up activity PTTAC provided grass jelly to all participants also.

Coastal Clean-up at Payoon Beach

On World Environment Day, 5th June 2019, PTTAC coordinated with CSR Network, which is consists of 8 companies in WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) (WHA EIE) together with Ban Chang Sub-district Municipality to held “Coastal Clean up & Tree Planting Activity 2019” ,which the purpose is to protect environmental at Payoon beach, which is consist of landscape improvement activity (painted footpath for 300 meters), garbage collection, and planted 200 Sea Poison trees to increase the abundance of the beach. On this occasion, Mr.Jirasak TapaJot, Banchang District Chief, presides over the ceremony.       Also Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager, Corporate Affairs Unit, with 50 volunteering employees and internship students of PTTAC joined the activity on that day, total collection of waste is 1,394 kg.

Kick-off 9th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project

On 4th June 2019, PTTAC held Kick-off Workshop for discussion on work plan for 9th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project at PTTAC, Rayong office with 17 Schools around our plant, located in Municipality of Map Ta Phut,      Ban Chang and Ban Chang Sub-District area.     On this occasion, Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager, Corporate Affairs Unit, presided over the activity and gave welcome speech to School Directors and teachers who join the activity.

ZERO LOST-TIME INJURY CELEBRATION 2019 (3,000,000 MAN-HOURS)

On Thursday 2 May 2019, PTTAC arranges “Zero Lost-Time Injury for 3,000,000 Man-hours celebration” at PTT Asahi Chemical Company Limited, Rayong office. In this occasion, Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President presides over the event, Managements and PTTAC employees join the activity. Our gorgeous moment since, in the month of January 2019, PTTAC could success and achieve the Safety Target of Zero Lost-Time Injury for 3,000,000 Man-hours. This is a pride for all of us.   We will continue maintain the safety awareness & practice and success for our next safety target for 5,000,000 man-hours.

Open House Project 2019

On Friday 26 April 2019, PTTAC hosts “Open House Project 2019” at NPC S&E Training  Center, Map Ta Phut, Rayong for neighboring communities total 36 communities and 3 municipalities attendees. In this occasion, Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President presides over the event, Managements and employees join and welcome all communities. The activity has been annually held to provide company information. For this year, we present turnaround 2019 plan including plant visit. The propose is to receive suggestion and build the company's long term corporate interest and public image, including maintain public confidence with participants for 106 people.

Manager Community Visit No.1/2019

During 25 March – 5 April 2019, PTTAC held “Manager Community Visit No.1/2019” to informed Y2019 turnaround plan to Community Leaders of 36 communities in Map Ta Phut & Ban Chang area and strengthen good relationships between communities and PTTAC. On this occasion, Community Coordinator Team invited Community Leader to join “PTTAC Open House Activity 2019” that will held on 26 April 2019.

PTTAC Songkran Festival 2019

On 4 & 9 April 2019 , PTTAC organized Songkran Festival at Bangkok Office and Rayong Head Office, respectively, PTTAC Management and employees worship Buddha Image, Brahman Shrine, Spirit House, and Household God. Also merit making and food offering to    9 monks at admin. building for prosperity. After that, watering the executive management; Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President, Mr.Vattanaroj Charoenpitaks, Vice President, Corporate Line, Mr.Yonosuke Ikeda, Vice President, Operation Line, and Mr.Hideyuki Shimizu, Plant Director, for inheriting Thai traditional culture.

Award Ceremony of “White Flag - Green Star” 2018 & “White Flag – Gold Star”

On Monday 25th March 2019, Mr.Hideyuki Shimizu, Plant Director, on behalf on PTTAC has been awarded White Flag-Green Star 2018 : The Project of Enhancement of Public Participation in Safety and Environment Management by Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) which company has been awarded for 7 consecutive years and White Flag-Gold Star for 2 consecutive years also. In this occasion, Ms.Somchint Pilouk, Governor of IEAT presided over the ceremony.

BLOOD DONATION ACTIVITY NO.1/2019

PTTAC volunteers joined “Blood Donation” by WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) on Thursday 21st March 2019. On that day, the blood donation activity had been participated by 190 volunteering employees of PTTAC, Companies in WHA EIE and communities. Total blood collection is 63,450 cc.    

National Children Day 2019 by PTT Group Rayong

On Saturday 12th January 2019, PTTAC in corporation with PTT Group held National Children Day 2019 at the HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Herb Garden, Rayong for children who resided at Map Ta Phut, Map Kha and Banchang area. PTTAC also arrange “Gachapon” booth. Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn, Division Manager of Corporate Affairs Unit, together with PTT Group management attend the event for give the lucky draw to the children. There are over 19,000 attendees, which is 4,750 children, join this event. In this occasion, CA would like to express our gratitude to all volunteers and internship students that decorated and support at PTTAC Booth Game.

Garbage Collection at Beach caused by “PABUK” Tropical Storm

On Thursday 10th January 2019, PTTAC in corporation with GC Group, Rayong Government, and Companies in Map Ta Phut Industrail Estate held Garbage Collection caused by “PABUK” tropical strom at Saeng Chan – Suchada Beach, Rayong. There are over 500 volunteers join this event.
 

Scholarship Ceremony by golf club of Map Ta phut municipality

On 8th January 2019, PTTAC together with Golf Club of Map Ta Phut Municipality and Companies in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate held Scholarship Ceremony for 80 Students in Map Ta Phut Municipality area, 2,000 baht per a student. Also support financial to Map Ta Phut Hospital for medical instruments for 25,000 bah, total 185,000 baht. By the way, scholarship is supported by Charity Golf Event that held in November 2018.
 

Y2019 New Year Greeting & Manager Community Visit

On the occasion of the New Year, PTTAC held “Manager Community Visit” for new year greeting to Community Leaders of 31 communities in Map Ta Phut & Ban Chang area since December 2018. On Thursdays 13th December 2018, Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President, with PTTAC Management and Employees joined the Phapa Ceremony 2018 at Mongkhon Samakkhi Thammo Thai Temple (Wat Khao Sap) Temple ,Rayong, that hosted by PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC). 8th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project Award Ceremony

PTT Group United Kathin Ceremony 2018 at Nern Kra Prok Temple

The President Community Visit 2018 at Lop Buri Province

During 5 – 6 October 2018, PTTAC hosted     The President Community Visit 2018 for 31 communities from Map Ta Phut, Ban Chang and Ban Chang Sub District Municipality, total 80 persons. The aim of this event is for giving more PTTAC the opportunity to improve our understanding of the community through an exchange of idea and information and help increasing the work relations between community and the Company through workshop activity.         In this occasion, Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President and Mr.Vattanaroj Charoenpitaks, Vice President, Corporate attend the activityand participated by PTTAC Management, CSR Working Team and Community Coordinator at Lop Buri province , King Narai's Palace and the new theory of agriculture workshop at Wanlapa Farm Stay & Ban Din Moddang, total 36 persons.

Crisis Communication Team (CCT) Workshop Training

PTTAC recognizes the importance of internal and external communication in verbal or written form honestly and transparently with appropriate use of channels for each circumstance. So PTTAC has established “Crisis Communication Team (CCT)” for communicate to stakeholders in time of crisis. For more knowledge, understanding and expertise to CCT, PTTAC has conducted workshop training by Hill & Knowlton, expert of crisis management, that emergency simulation by chemical leakage. Also especially trained for PTTAC management in course of “media training for spokesperson”, which trainee are consist of Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President, Mr.Vattanaroj Charoenpitaks, Vice President Corporate Line, Mr.Yonosuke Ikeda, Vice President Operation Line, and Mr.Hideyuki Shimizu, Plant Director.

Ceremony of Greetings to His Majesty the King Rama 10 and PTT Group Big Cleaning Day 2018

     On Thursday 26th July 2018, Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, the President on behalf of PTTAC, together with PTTAC Management and employees, attended the “PTT Group Big Cleaning Day 2018” with 24 companies of PTT Group, Ministry of Energy, State Railway of Thailand, BOI, Miracle of Life Foundation and Chatuchak District Office and joined the volunteer project “We do good by heart” on the occasion of the 66th Birthday Celebration of His Majesty the King Rama 10. PTTAC was responsible for zone 4 area which was the area around the PTT & Enco A & C Parking Buildings and around fence area & footpath at gate 8.      The PTT Group has committed to follow the 5S Digital Policy, “Walk Don’t Chat” Project and “Single-Use Plastic Free Day” Campaign for safety and environmental friendliness by applying 5S from “Standardizing” to “Training & Discipline.”

Big Cleaning Activity (PTTAC plant fence area) in occasion of Ceremony of Greetings to His Majesty the King Rama 10

On Wednesday 25th July 2018, PTTAC held “Big Cleaning Activity” at PTTAC plant fence area according to volunteer project “We do good by heart” by Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate (MTP) for occasion of  Ceremony of Greetings to His Majesty the King Rama 10, 66 years old. Therefore, IEAT will record this event to be CSR activity of White Flag – Green Star award 2018.

On that day, the blood donation activity had been participated by 200 volunteering employees of PTTAC, Companies in HEIE and communities. Total blood collection is 80,650 cc.    

Merit Making and Scholarship Program 2018 to Students of Nern Kra Prok Temple School

On Friday 20th July 2018 at Nernkraprok Temple, PTTAC hosted merit making and scholarship program with Wat Nernkraprok School. Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President presided over the ceremony including PTTAC Management and employees also attended the activity. The activity started with merit making and followed by scholarship to students from Wat Nernkraprok School which total 28,000 baht, 10,000 baht by PTTAC and 18,000 baht by employees. The program is an our Company CSR focus through education and its contribution for sustainability in communities around our plant.                Also PTTAC support financial total 5,000 baht to Child Development Center of Banchang Municipality (Nernkraprok Temple) for develop hygiene of children and plant the trees around temple fence for increase green area of community.                On this occasion, PTTAC would like to appreciate all employee who have sponsored the scholarships and participated in this event.

On World Environment Day, Tuesday 5th June 2018, Mr.Vitaya Pinmuangngarm, President of PTTAC coordinated with PTT Group supported financial to Banchang Sub-District Municipality for “Garbage Collection & Tree Planting Activity at Payoon Beach” which the purpose is to protect environmental on the beach, which is consist of landscape improvement activity, garbage collection, and install banner for conservation of natural resources and environment. PTTAC Green Day 2018 - Make Firebreaks Activity

On Wednesday 30th May 2018, PTTAC coordinated with CSR Network, which is consists of 8 companies in Hemaraj Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) (HEIE), held CSR activity “PTTAC Green Day 2018” for knowledge sharing and make firebreak at Community Forest of Ban Phudorn-Huay Mahad which the purpose is to prevent and solve forest fires that may occur in community forest areas. Also planted 100 banana trees for natural firebreak in that areas. On this occasion, Mr.Prapit Yanpanya, Senior Deputy District Chief of Banchang, presides over the ceremony.       Also this activity is support network of Neighborhood Company in HEIE for take care and support communities by good CSR activities.

Tree Planting Project and Scholarship Ceremony No.7 by Mapchalude - Chakklang Community

PTTAC joined “Tree Planting Project and Scholarship Ceremony No.7”, hosted by Mapchalude - Chakklang Community, on Friday 25th May 2018 at Rayongwittayakom Nikomuttasahakam School. Project budget is supported by IEAT, Community Market Enterprise, Mapchalude Recycle Enterprise, and Entrepreneurship. Also PTTAC is a company that supported Mapchalude Recycle Enterprise continued throughout.        On that day, the host held scholarship ceremony for children in Mapchalude – Chakklang Community for 250 people, each 1,000 baht. Therefore, Mr.Chusak Sinlapasart, Mrs.Nantawan Ingkhaphakorn, and Mr.Koolachart Komonmarn on behalf of PTTAC has been joined this event. Also 120 volunteering employees of PTTAC joined Mahogany trees planting activity, which is an activity in the project.

Blood Donation Activity No.1/2018

On Thursday, 22 March 2018, PTTAC volunteers joined “Blood Donation” by Hemaraj Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut): HEIE. On that day, the blood donation activity had been participated by 118 volunteering employees of PTTAC, Companies in HEIE and communities. Total blood collection is 52,600 cc.    

PTT Group National Children’s Day 2018

On Saturday, 13 January 2018 PTTAC in corporation with PTT Group held National Children’s Day event 2018 at the HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Herb Garden, Rayong for children who resided at Map Ta Phut, Map Kha and Banchang area. PTTAC also arrange “Basketball Game” booth. Emergency Simulation and Drill with Wat Map Cha Lude School 2017

On Tuesday, 5th September 2017, PTTAC incorporated with Wat Mapchalude School host annual emergency simulation and drill year 2017 at Wat Mapchalude School.. Director of Wat Mapchalude School, Teachers and Students, Observers from Neighbor companies, PTTAC by Mr.Chusak Sinlapasart, Division Manager, Corporate Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Unit, Ms.Aisaelee Thanmikasakul; Division Manager, Corporate Affairs Unit and volunteering employees attend the activity. On that day, the activities are included the practices of crisis communication, emergency plan and test for sealing method for assembly rooms. After the drill, all key persons attend wrap-up meeting for conclusion and further plan development. The aim of this drill is to understand the emergency plan and ready for effective emergency response.

Merit Making and Scholarship Award to Students of Wat Nern Kra Prok School 2017

On Tuesday 29th August 2017 at Nernkraprok Temple, PTTAC hosted merit making and scholarship award with Wat Nernkraprok School. Mr.Naoki Shibukawa, President presided over the ceremony including PTTAC Management and employees also attended the activity. The activity started with merit making and followed by scholarship awarded to student from Wat Nernkraprok School which total 26,000 baht, 10,000 baht by PTTAC and 16,000 baht by employees. The program is an our Company CSR focus through education and its contribution for sustainability in communities around our plant.

Target, PTTAC aims to encourage students in Maptaphut Municipality, Ban Chang Municipality and Sub-District Ban Chang Municipality to focus in reading, improve the quality of education, and creative in writing which is in line with present educational trends.

United Kathin Ceremony 2016

Ecosystem Development Project of Chark-Mark Canal

On Thursday, 25th August 2016 PTTAC together with PTT Group, Map Ta Phut Industrial Port, Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, Department of Fisheries, Pramong Ruea Lek Ta Gwan – Aow Pra Doo fishery group and Maptaputphanpittayakarn School held Ecosystem Development project of Chark-Mark canal 2016 to develop an ecosystem around the canal in order to be a natural learning center. Activities are consist of; 150 Cassia trees and Neem Trees  planting, 1,000 little crabs releasing and garbage collection at the beach.

PTTAC hosts “PTTAC Open House 2016” at Rayong Office for neighboring schools total 12 school attendees. Friday, 18 March 2016 at Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate Office, PTTAC has been awarded White Flag-Green Star 2015 : The Project of Enhancement of Public Participation in Safety and Environment Management by Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) which company has been awarded for 4 consecutive years.                 IEAT has set up the audit committee which consists of management of academic institutes, community leaders, and local government organizations. The 5 audit key criteria are comprised of 1. Water  2. Waste/Soil waste  3. Air quality/Noise  4. Green area and working condition  5. Community quality of life supporting. The committee assessed the industries in accordance with specified evaluation form. The good governance flags have been given to the industries that passed evaluation standard only.                  In this occasion, Mr. Verapong Chaiperm, Governor of IEAT presided over the ceremony. Mr.Naoki Shibukawa, PTTAC President has received the award.

The President Community Visit 2016

On Friday 19th February 2016, PTTAC hosted President Community Visit 2016 in rally format “Journey to Muang Klaeng” for communities from Mapthaput, Ban Chang and Ban Chang Sub District Municipality. PTTAC Happy Class Project

"The child is father of the man who has grown to be a major force in the development of the country”. Education is the learning basis of youth, PTTAC has recognized the importance of education that is a part of PTTAC Sustainability Management policy. Company has implemented “Happy Class Project” to educate and prepare the O-Net (Ordinary National Educational Test) to students grade 6 of Wat Mapchalude School in mathematics and science during 27th January - 18th February 2016.

PTTAC host “5th PTTAC Reading Lovers Project Award Ceremony” on Wednesday, 4th November 2015 at HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Herb Garden. PTTAC deliver the award from Reading Lovers Stamp Collection Project and “Reading Lovers” Poetry contest to 96 students from 16 schools.
PTTAC Reading Lovers Project has been conducting since 2011 and paying high attention from the communities around PTTAC plant. Target, PTTAC aims to encourage students in Maptaphut Municipality, Ban Chang Municipality and Sub-District Ban Chang Municipality to focus in reading, improve the quality of education, and creative in writing which is in line with present educational trends.
 

PTTAC in collaboration with Maptaphut Municipality and CPA conduct Emergency (Communication) Level 3 and Evacuation Drill 2015with Mapchalude and Mapchalude-Chack Klang Community

On Saturday, 22 August 2015, PTTAC incorporated with Maptaphut Municipality and CPA conduct Emergency (Communication) Level 3 and Evacuation Drill 2015 with Mapchalude and Mapchalude-Chack Klang Community. There are 96 attendees and observers.
The aim of this drill is to understand the emergency communication plan and ready for effective emergency response. After the drill, all key persons attend close and wrap-up meeting for conclusion and further plan development.
 

MOU signing Ceremony of Downstream Petroleum Business Group 2015 (MOU: PTT Group Green Packaging)

On Tuesday 18th August 2015, Mr. Naoki Shibukawa, President signed MOU of PTT Group Green Packaging; PTT Group cooperation on reducing greenhouse gas emissions strategy from packaging. The MOU is appended in Signing Ceremony of Downstream Petroleum Business Group 2015 at Spirit room, 13th Fl., PTT Headquarter in order to express strong business intention on creating energy security along with corporate social responsibility, including commitment of sustainable PTT Group logistics management.

Open House 2015

On Wednesday, 24 June 2015 PTTAC hosts “PTTAC Open House 2015” at Rayong Office for communities around our plant (Mapchalude and Mapchalude Chakklang),  neighboring companies (MC Towa International Sweeteners Co., Ltd. And S and L Specialty Polymers Co., Ltd.) and Hemaraj Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) total 29 attendees. 
The activities have been annually held to provide company information such as production, safety, occupational health and environment procedure, CSR activities, emergency communication management including plant visit. The propose is to receive suggestion and build the company's long term corporate interest and public image, including maintain public confidence. 
 

PTTAC Incorporated with Wat Mapchalude School Host Emergency Simulation and Drill Year 2015

On Tuesday, 16th June 2015, PTTAC incorporated with Wat Mapchalude School host annual emergency simulation and drill year 2015 at Wat Mapchalude School. Wat Mapchalude School Director, Teachers and Students, Observers from Mapchalude community and Office of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Map Ta Phut Municipality, PTTAC Management and volunteering employees attend the activity.
On that day, the activities are included the practices of crisis communication, emergency plan and test for new sealing method for assembly rooms. After the drill, all key persons attend wrap-up meeting for conclusion and further plan development.

PTT Asahi Chemical Co., Ltd. has rewarded “White Flag - Green Star" 2014

On Friday, 5 June 2015 at Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate Office, PTTAC has been awarded White Flag-Green Star 2014 : The Project of Enhancement of Public Participation in Safety and Environment Management by Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) which company has been awarded for 3 consecutive years.
IEAT has set up the audit committee which consists of management of academic institutes, community leaders, and local government organizations. The 5 audit key criteria are comprised of 1. Water  2. Waste/Soil waste  3. Air quality/Noise  4. Green area and working condition  5. Community quality of life supporting. The committee assessed the industries in accordance with specified evaluation form. The good governance flags have been given to the industries that passed evaluation standard only.
 

PTTAC Green Day 2015

On 5 June 2015, ”PTTAC held CSR activity PTTAC Green Day 2015” at East side of PTTAC Plant which the purpose is to improve the green area around our plant and the communities by reforestation, weeds removal and garbage collection together with growth observation in order to be reference of growth trends in the near future. 
On this occasion, Mr.Naoki Shibukawa, President presided over the ceremony and join tree planting activity. PTTAC management and 60 volunteering employees also joined the activity.
 

PTTAC Conducted a Training course “Medical Toxicology & Treatment Guideline for Patients who have been Exposed to Toxic Substance”

On Thursday, 29 January 2015, the training course “Medical toxicology & treatment guideline for patients who have been exposed to toxic substance” is jointly organized by PTTAC and Maptaphut Hospital. The courses are taught by the expert, Prof. Winai Wananukul, M.D., Head of Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology Department, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. Some 90 medical members attended the course.
